发展新质生产力的三大要点及其实践路径研究

摘要
发展新质生产力不仅有助于中国式现代化的建设,还有助于各地经济社会高质量发展.形成和发展新质生产力既要树立起系统的思维方式,又要抓住矛盾的主要方面,紧紧围绕科技创新、产业协同发展、优秀人才的培育三个要点.基于此,发展新质生产力的现实路径有:凝聚科学技术创新资源,健全协同高效的创新体系;大力培育优秀人才,促进人力资本提高;发展战略新兴产业和未来产业,构建协同发展的产业体系.
Abstract
The development of new quality productivity not only contributes to the construction of Chinese path to modernization,but also contributes to the high-quality economic and social development of all regions.To form and develop new quality productivity,it is necessary not only to establish a systematic way of thinking,but also to grasp the main aspects of contradictions,and closely focus on the three main points of technological innovation,co-ordinated industrial development,and cultivation of outstanding talents.Based on this,the realistic path for develo-ping new quality productivity includes:consolidating scientific and technological innovation resources and improving the collaborative and efficient innovation system;vigorously cultivating outstanding talents and promoting the im-provement of human capital;developing strategic emerging industries and future industries,and building an indus-trial system for coordinated development.
