摘要

企业在职业教育产教融合的双主体育人模式中,扮演着至关重要的角色,是提升培养质量的关键所在.基于企业的经济成本动机、社会网络动机以及战略管理行为,提出强化企业育人主体地位、共建共享资源平台、构建链式生态共同体、建立企业文化认同等提升产教融合绩效的实施路径.

Abstract

Enterprises play a crucial role in the dual-subject model of cultivating in the integration between in-dustry and education in vocational education,and it is the key to improve the quality of training.Based on the eco-nomic cost motivation,social network motivation and strategic management behaviors of enterprises,the implemen-tation paths to enhance the performance of the integration between industry and education are proposed to strengthen the position of enterprises as the main body of education,build a shared resource platform,construct a chain ecolog-ical community,and establish the cultural identity of enterprises.
