摘要
作为习近平生态文明思想核心构成的"两山"理论,已成为引领中国高质量发展的重要指导依据.生态旅游与"两山"转化存在着紧密关系,"两山"理论为生态旅游指明了发展方向,生态旅游是"两山"转化的重要通道和实现路径.生态旅游发展过程中面临着生态系统较为脆弱、生态旅游理念泛化、创新体系效能不足和保障体系不够健全等障碍因素,各地可以尝试从完善要素支撑体系、把握发展关键环节、探路制度政策创新、寻求多维立体联动等举措入手进行探索,让"两山"转化赋能生态旅游高质量发展.
Abstract
The"Two Mountains"theory,which is the core of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought,has become an important guiding basis for leading China's high-quality development.There is a close relationship between ecotour-ism and the transformation of the"Two Mountains",and this theory points out the development direction for eco-tourism,and ecotourism is an important channel and realization path for the transformation of the"Two Mountains".In the process of ecotourism development,there are obstacles such as fragile ecosystems,generalized ecotourism con-cepts,insufficient efficiency of innovation systems,and imperfect security systems.It is of great significance to try to explore measures such as improving the factor support system,grasping the key links of development,exploring in-stitutional and policy innovation,and seeking multi-dimensional and stereoscopic linkage,so that the transformation of the"Two Mountains"can empower the high-quality development of ecotourism.
