生态旅游拓宽"两山"理论转化新路径探索——以望仙谷景区为例

摘要
在习近平总书记生态文明思想特别是"两山"理论的引领下,江西省认真落实党中央决策部署,用行动践行"两山"理论.望仙谷景区利用废弃花岗岩打造致富宝地,将昔日矿区改造成国家4A级旅游景区,成功打造了江西省乡村振兴的"上饶样板",成为江西省用行动践行"两山"转化理论的生动典范.望仙谷景区通过构建生态治理的"三绿"方式、塑造宜居宜游的"三复"做法、开创网红景区的"三新"探索、创造红利共享的"三创"模式推动生态旅游发展的成功经验,对于实践乡村振兴战略具有一定的启示作用.
Abstract
Under the guidance of Xi Jingping's ecological civilization thoughts,especially the"Two Mountains"theory,Jiangxi Province conscientiously implements the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee,and prac-tices the"Two Mountains"theory with actions.The Wangxian Valley Scenic Area has created a treasure trove of wealth by using discarded granite.The former mining area has been turned into a national 4A-level tourist attraction,which has become a vivid model for Jiangxi Province to practice the transformation of"two mountains"through ac-tion.It has also successfully created a"Shangrao model"for rural revitalization in Jiangxi Province.Through the con-struction of the"Three Greens"approach for ecological governance,the shaping of livable and tourist friendly"Three Restorations"practices,the exploration of"Three Noveltys"in online celebrity scenic spots,and the creation of a"Three innovations"model for sharing dividends,Wangxian Valley has certain experience and enlightening effects on promoting the development of ecotourism to practice rural revitalization.
