数字经济对江西经济高质量发展的赋能效应——基于产业结构升级视角
Empowering Effect of the Digital Economy on High-Quality Economic Development in Jiangxi:A Study from the Perspective of Industrial Structure Upgrading

摘要
数字经济是产业结构升级和经济发展提质增效的新动能和新引擎.以2005-2021年江西省11个地级市为研究对象,构建数字经济和经济高质量发展综合评价指标,采用熵值法和多模型实证检验数字经济与江西省经济高质量发展的关系,结果显示:数字经济赋能江西省经济高质量发展,经过剔除省会城市、替换解释变量和增加控制变量后的稳健性检验,结果仍保持不变,且这种赋能效应随着数字经济发展水平提升而呈现出非线性递增的特点.产业结构升级是数字经济赋能江西经济高质量发展的重要渠道,在两者的关系中发挥了部分中介作用,应当从加大数字基础设施投资、加强数字经济与实体经济深度融合、做好数字化人才保障顶层设计等方面强化数字经济的赋能效应.
Abstract
The digital economy serves as a new driving force and engine for upgrading industrial structures and enhan-cing the quality and efficiency of economic development.With 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province from 2005 to 2021 as the research object,this study establishes comprehensive evaluation indicators for both the digital economy and high-quality economic development and employ's the entropy method along with multiple models to empirically examine the relationship between the digital economy and the high-quality development of Jiangxi's economy.The findings indicate that the digital economy empowers the high-quality development of Jiangxi's economy,and that mo-reover,the empowering effect exhibits a non-linear increasing trend with the level of digital economic development.Robustness tests,which involve excluding provincial capital cities,replacing explanatory variables,and adding control variables,consistently support the findings.Industrial structure upgrading serves as a crucial channel through which the digital economy empowers high-quality economic development in Jiangxi,playing a partial mediating role in their relationship.To enhance the empowering effect of the digital economy,strategies such as increased investment in dig-ital infrastructure,strengthened integration of the digital economy with the real economy,and meticulous top-level design for ensuring a digital talent pool are recommended.
