隐性思想政治教育生成的心理机制及其实践路径

摘要
从生成的角度来看,隐性思想政治教育是教育者接受环境中隐藏的思想政治教育信息,自主生成思想政治观念,进而实现内化的心理过程.这一过程始于无意注意,经过认知加工与情感认同转化为信念,并通过强化巩固外在行为,最终形成知情意行统一的自我同一性.基于这一心理机制,隐性思想政治教育的生成需要通过"家庭-学校-社会"联动优化环境氛围,丰富内容,创新载体,增强教育吸引力,在日常教育和社会实践中创新教育形式.
Abstract
From the perspective of generation,implicit ideological and political education is the psychological process in which educators accept the hidden ideological and political education information in the environment,generate ideological and politi-cal concepts on their own,and then internalize them.This process beginning with unintentional attention is transformed into beliefs through cognitive processing and affective identity,and consolidates external behavior through reinforcement,ulti-mately forming a self-identity that unifies cognition,emotion,will,and action.Based on this psychological mechanism,The generation of implicit ideological and political education requires the optimisation of the environment through the linkage of"family-school-society",the enrichment of content and innovation of carriers to enhance the attractiveness of education,and the innovation of forms of education in daily education and social practice.
