试论人类命运共同体意识的内涵及价值

摘要
人类命运共同体理念的提出是对世界百年未有之大变局和推进中华民族伟大复兴需要的现实回应.人类命运共同体意识的培育和树立是构建人类命运共同体的前提,其内涵包括:共同进退的全球意识、应对危机的责任共担意识、互惠互利的合作共赢意识、文明交流交往的平等互鉴意识、人与自然和谐共生意识.人类命运共同体意识实现了对历史上一切基于血缘或地域的共同体意识,尤其是民族国家意识的超越;它是一种全新的全球意识,更是走向马克思主义学说关于未来自由人共同体(共产主义社会)意识的中继意识.
Abstract
The idea of a community with a shared future for mankind is a practical response to the global changes un-seen in a century and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The cultivation and establishment of the conscious-ness of a community with a shared future for mankind is a prerequisite for building a community with a shared future for mankind,and its connotation includes the global consciousness of common progress and retreat for mankind,the consciousness of shared responsibility in the face of crises,the consciousness of win-win cooperation based on mutual benefit,the consciousness of equality and mutual learning to promote exchanges among civilizations,and the con-sciousness of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.The consciousness of a community with a shared fu-ture for mankind achieves all the common consciousness based on consanguinity or region in history,especially excee-ding national consciousness to perpetuate global awareness with differences.In addition,it is the intermediate con-sciousness for approaching the Future Free Community Awareness in Marxist theory.
