随着工业自动化水平的提升,仪表在生产中的重要性日益凸显.传统的人工读取仪表数据方式存在成本高、效率低和易出错等问题.利用强大的开放式计算机视觉库(open source computer vision library,OpenCV),通过摄像头采集仪表图像,经过图像预处理、边缘检测和分割等步骤,可以实现仪表数据的自动化读取.基于OpenCV优化边缘检测的仪表数据自动读取系统不仅可克服传统人工读取仪表数据方式存在的问题,还可显著提高仪表数据的处理速度、识别准确率和可靠性,降低工厂人力成本,提升工业生产效率.
Research on Automatic Reading System for Instrument Data Based on OpenCV Optimized Edge Detection
With the improvement of industrial automation level,the importance of instruments in production is increas-ingly prominent.The traditional manual reading of instrument data has problems such as high cost,low efficiency,and easy errors.By utilizing the powerful open source computer vision library(OpenCV),instrument images could be captured through cameras,and after image pre-processing,edge detection,segmentation,and other steps,automated reading of instrument data could be achieved.The automatic reading system for instrument data based on OpenCV op-timized edge detection could not only overcome the problems of traditional manual reading of instrument data,but al-so significantly improve the processing speed,recognition accuracy,and reliability of instrument data,reduce factory labor costs,and improve industrial production efficiency.
