马家柚是江西省上饶市广丰区地方特色农产品,为红心柚的一个地方品种,被评为中国八大柚类之一,获得了"国家地理标志保护产品"和"农产品地理标志保护"的双重认定,有"江西省酸柚类第一名"之美誉.马家柚内含物质丰富,营养价值高,富含蛋白质、糖分、维生素和矿物质.马家柚还含有大量单糖和番茄红素,具有防癌、抑瘤、保护心血管、预防高血糖、延缓衰老等保健作用.根据已报道的文献,对马家柚的研究进行梳理和总结,从马家柚种质资源和植物学特性、丰产栽培、果实品质和果酒发酵工艺、果皮和柚籽的成分和利用、光合生理、杂交育种和辐射诱变育种、次生代谢及其相关基因表达、叶绿体基因组特征及其密码子偏好性分析、产业发展现状和下一步发展思路等方面进行综述,以期为马家柚种源保护、种质创新、良种繁育、优系利用等工作提供参考.
Research Progress of Citrus maxima(L.)Osbeck'Majiayou'
Citrus maxima(L.)Osbeck'Majiayou'is a local characteristic agricultural product in Guangfeng District,Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province.It is a local variety of red heart pomelo and has been rated as one of the eight major pomelo categories in China.It has obtained dual recognition of"National Geographical Indication Protection Product"and"Agricultural Product Geographical Indication Protection",and is known as the"first sour pomelo category in Jiangxi Province".Citrus maxima(L.)Osbeck'Majiayou contains abundant substances and has high nutritional val-ue,which is rich in protein,sugar,vitamins,and minerals.Citrus maxima(L.)Osbeck'Majiayou'also contains a large amount of monosaccharides and lycopene,which have health benefits such as cancer prevention,tumor inhibi-tion,cardiovascular protection,prevention of high blood sugar,and anti-aging.Based on the reported literature,this paper reviewed and summarized the research on Citrus maxima(L.)Osbeck'Majiayou',including germplasm re-sources and botanical characteristics,high-yield cultivation,fruit quality and fruit wine fermentation process,compo-sition and utilization of fruit peel and pomelo seeds,photosynthetic physiology,hybrid breeding and radiation muta-genesis breeding,secondary metabolism and related gene expression,chloroplast genome characteristics and codon preference analysis,industrial development status and next development ideas,in order to provide reference for Cit-rus maxima(L.)Osbeck'Majiayou'germplasm protection,germplasm innovation,breeding of superior varieties,and utilization of superior lines.
