Precise Design and Implementation of Rural Teacher Training Courses——taking Shangrao Normal University's"National Training Program(2021)"Primary School Mathematics Subject Training Project of Sending Education to Rural Areas as an example
Overall planning and scientific design were carried out for the"National Training Plan(2021)"of Shangrao Normal University's primary school mathematics subject training program of sending education to rural areas in the o-riginal national poverty-stricken counties in Jiangxi Province,and the concept of"precision training"was integrated into the entire process of curriculum design and project implementation.By conducting researches on the basic infor-mation,willingness,motivation,and expectations of participating teachers(rural primary school mathematics teach-ers),and conducting data statistics and correlation analyses on the research results,three training forms("special lectures","high-quality lesson demonstrations",and"research-based lesson discussions")were established,achie-ving precise matching of training needs;By studying and comparing the"Guidelines for Training Curriculum for Pri-mary and Secondary School and Kindergarten Teachers(Compulsory Education Mathematics Subject Teaching)",and combining with the research results of the"ability diagnosis"of participating teachers in the project county,four training themes were designed,including"moral education and talent cultivation","mathematical core literacy","'double reduction to improve quality and efficiency",and"teaching design and implementation"(with 9 training sub themes and 17 training topics),achieving precise design of training themes;By innovating training methods,expan-ding training paths,and enriching training content,a"two-stage,two module"model was adopted(two-stage refers to the"learning"and"application"stages,with two modules each in the"learning"and"application"stages.The"learning"stage includes"special lectures,updating concepts"and"observation and demonstration,professional guid-ance"modules,while the"application"stage includes"collective teaching and research,course discussion"and"ac-tive learning and application,reporting and display"modules)to train participating teachers,achieving precise imple-mentation of the training model.After the completion of the"National Training Plan(2021)"of Shangrao Normal U-niversity's primary school mathematics subject training program of sending education to rural areas,participating teachers evaluated,discussed,and provided opinions and suggestions on the project training.The results showed that the participating teachers had a high satisfaction rate with the evaluation of the three training forms,four training themes,and the"two-stage,two-module"training mode of the"National Training Plan(2021)"of Shangrao Normal University's primary school mathematics subject training program of sending education to rural areas.The training effect achieved the expected goals and achieved accurate evaluation of the training effect.
