From Fragmentation to Systemization:Empirical Review and Path Improvement of Artificial Intelligence Facilitating Uniformity in the Application of Laws
With the rapid development of legal databases such as databases of laws and regulations,case library,China Judgments Online,legal question and answer website,the judgment resources available to judges exploded.But jud-ges still can not say that the application of laws is quite simple.The reason is that the legal database is obviously"fragmented",lacking in interconnection,having limitations such as conflict of judgment rules,low efficiency,high false rate,and information isolated islands.Based on judicial practice,the integration of"fragmented"database re-sources can start by building a system model,combined with the operation logic of artificial intelligence,and empow-ering the unification of the application of law by improving the accuracy of rule capture,building a flexible application mode for complex and simple cases,determining the priority of adjudication rules,and optimizing the rule conflict resolution mechanism.
