Abstract
The deep integration of new quality productivity and"government-industry-university-research-application"is the inevitable trend and efficient booster of collaborative innovation development.Based on the needs of future de-velopment,there is still a lot of room for improvement in collaborative innovation in terms of cooperation platform,operation mechanism and subject vitality.To this end,it is necessary to build a collaborative innovation model centred on an integrated information technology and digital service platform,focusing on the multi-body collaboration of the government,enterprises,colleges,universities,institutes and users,to promote the continuous improvement of plat-form construction,achievement transformation,talent cultivation,technological development and sustained optimiza-tion,and to achieve collaborative innovation with a reliable project team,a perfect management system and a wide range of cooperation channels as a practical guarantee,to achieve the marketisation,scientification and sharing.
