The Problems and Countermeasures of Teaching Plan Quality under Teacher Training Accreditation and the New Round of Audit and Evaluation——with 83 participating teaching plans of a University as samples
Teacher training accreditation and the new round of audit and evaluation require student-centered and output oriented approaches,and continuous improvement of teaching quality on the part of universities.Teaching plans are the source of teaching,and educational reform needs to start from the source.In this research,83 participating teach-ing plans are taken as samples to analyze the problems in the teaching plan of Shangrao Normal University,the im-pact it has had,and propose solutions to these problems.The composition of teaching plans is divided into three parts:head,body,and foot(tail)for investigation and research.The investigation shows that the teaching plans written by teachers have problems such as incomplete"facial features"of the plan head,and the monotony of the plan body,and non-implementation of the plan foot.The impact on teaching quality is:the teaching process has not been standardized and is not student-centered;teaching lacks design and adequate reflection;goals has no fusion of and e-valuation lacks dimensionality;teaching lacks standards and quality assurance.Based on the above,it is proposed:to make good use of the theory of"learn to learn"and reflect the student-centered approach;to make good use of"evalu-ation and reflection"to achieve a paradigm shift of"output orientation";to transform thoughts through organizational lines to make"student-centered"a habit of ideology and system;to prepare lessons collectively,and build a learning community,so as to safeguard teaching quality
