Comparative Evaluation and Optimization Path of Rural Ecological Civilization Level in the Five Key Old Revolutionary Base Areas
The old revolutionary base areas should support high-quality development with a high-quality ecological environ-ment,so that the people in the old revolutionary areas can live a better life.This paper used the barrel theory and the CRITIC method to construct an evaluation index system from the three dimensions of high-quality development,high-quality ecology and high-quality life,and measured the effectiveness of rural ecological civilization construction in the five key old revolutiona-ry base areas.The results show that during the period from 2011 to 2020,the effectiveness of rural ecological civilization con-struction in the five key old revolutionary base areas showed a gradual growth trend,but the effectiveness of high-quality eco-logical construction of subsystems was much lower than that of high-quality development and high-quality life.From the per-spective of the key old revolutionary base areas,the comprehensive evaluation score of ecological civilization construction in the former central Soviet area of Jiangxi,Fujian and Guangdong is higher than that of other key old revolutionary base areas.To steadily improve the level of rural ecological civilization in the old revolutionary base areas,it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of the"trinity"of production,ecology and life.The old revolutionary base areas should develop eco-logical agriculture and related industries and cultivate green productivity,implement classified and zoning control of the eco-logical environment to build a solid ecological security barrier and build livable,workable and beautiful villages to improve peopl'es lives and well-being.
