摘要
肠缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)是临床上常见的急危重症,发病率和死亡率均较高.目前对肠IRI的基础研究得到广泛关注,而成功地构建肠IRI动物模型是开展基础研究的基础,夹闭肠系膜上动脉的肠IRI动物模型应用最为广泛.本文详细阐述了夹闭肠系膜上动脉的小鼠肠IRI模型的构建过程及注意事项,将有助于提高小鼠肠IRI模型构建的成功率,从而助推肠IRI的动物体内研究.
Abstract
Intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury(IRI)is a common clinical emergency with high morbidity and mortality.Mechanistic studies of intestinal IRI have received extensive attention,and the successful construction of an animal model of intestinal IRI is the basis for basic research.The rodent animal model of clamped superior mesenteric artery is a widely used animal model of intestinal IRI.This article describes in detail the process of constructing a mice model of intestinal IRI by clamping the superior mesenteric artery and the precautions to be taken.It will help to regulate the construction of the mice model of intestinal IRI and improve the success of the model construction,thus contributing to the basic research of intestinal IRI.
