摘要

目的 探讨以问题为基础的学习法(PBL)在基层医院妇科单孔腹腔镜教学中的应用价值.方法 选取 2021 年 3 月—2023 年 9 月间参加广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心适宜技术培训班学习,来自基层医院的妇产科医生共 40 名为研究对象.通过随机抽签分组,对照组和实验组各 20 名.对照组采用传统教学模式+模拟腔镜训练;实验组采用PBL教学模式+模拟腔镜训练.教学结束后,通过理论测试、临床技能考核以及教学效果问卷调查评估教学效果.结果 实验组的理论测试成绩、临床技能考核成绩均高于对照组[(85.20±12.60)分vs.(77.00±10.40)分]、[(86.30±7.60)分 vs.(76.12±4.32)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),教学效果问卷调查显示超过 80.0%的学生认为PBL教学法优于传统教学.结论 PBL教学法在基层医院妇科单孔腹腔镜教学中应用效果良好.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of problem based learning(PBL)in the teaching of gynecological single port laparoscopy in primary hospitals.Methods A total of 40 obstetrician and gynecologists from primary hospitals participated in the suitable technology training course of Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center from March 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,20 cases in each group.The control group accepted the traditional teaching method and simulated cavity mirror training,the experimental group accepted the PBL teaching method and simulated cavity mirror training.After the teaching,the teaching effects was evaluated through the theoretical test,the clinical skill assessment and the teaching effect questionnaire survey.Results The theoretical test and clinical skill assessment scores of the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group[(85.20±12.60)scores vs.(77.00±10.40)scores]、[(86.30±7.60)scores vs.(76.12±4.32)scores],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect questionnaire showed that more than 80.0%of the doctors thought that PBL teaching method was superior to the traditional teaching method.Conclusion PBL teaching method has a good application effect in gynecological single-port laparoscopic teaching in primary hospitals.
