摘要

达芬奇机器人(Xi)系统联合经自然腔道取标本(NOSES)在直肠癌手术中的应用日益成熟和普遍.二者的结合充分发挥了各自的优势,将层面的游离,淋巴的清扫,血管的解剖,神经的保护和无菌、微创理念贯穿始终.因此,机器人下的手术操作,规范的手术流程,经自然腔道取标本的微创模式,为程序化的直肠癌根治手术带来了新的进步.

Abstract

The application of da Vinci robot(Xi)system combined with natural orifice specimen extraction(NOSES)in rectal cancer surgery is becoming increasingly mature and common.The full combination of the two gives full play to their respective advantages,integrating layer dissociation,lymphatic dissection,blood vessel anatomy,nerve protection and the concept of sterility and minimal invasiveness throughout.Therefore,robotic surgical operations,standardized surgical procedures,and minimally invasive mode of taking specimens through natural orifices have brought new progress to programmed radical surgery for rectal cancer.
