摘要
肛瘘的治疗,术后有一定程度大便失禁及复发,近几年来肛瘘手术学逐渐发展,但仍不能完全解决肛门功能损伤或复发的问题.本肛肠病中心,创新性应用虚挂线的方法,完全保留肛门内外括约肌治疗高位肛瘘,不损伤肛门直肠周围内、外括约肌,术后随访效果患者恢复良好未复发,肛门功能无异常.
Abstract
The treatment of anal fistula may result in a certain degree of fecal incontinence and recurrence after surgery.In recent years,the field of anal fistula surgery has gradually developed,but it still cannot completely solve the problem of anal function damage or recurrence.Our Anorectal Disease Center innovatively uses the method of virtual hanging thread to completely preserve the internal and external anal sphincters for the treatment of high anal fistula,without damaging the internal and external anal sphincters around the anus and rectum.The postoperative follow-up results have shown that patients can recover well without recurrence,and there are no abnormalities in anal function.
