单孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿临床效果分析

摘要
目的 探究单孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年6 月—2023 年 6 月在盐城市第一人民医院诊治的行卵巢囊肿剥除术的子宫内膜异位囊肿患者 70 例,根据手术入径分为两组,每组 35 例,对照组采用多孔腹腔镜手术,研究组采用单孔腹腔镜手术,分析两组临床指标、疼痛情况、卵巢功能、并发症及术后复发率情况.结果 研究组与对照组比较,术中出血量无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组手术时间较对照组长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后首次排气时间、术后住院天数较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者术后并发症发生率比较(2.85%vs.0.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组患者术后卵巢功能影响比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);复发率比较(20.00%vs.25.71%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 采用单孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿,手术时间虽稍长,但患者术后疼痛轻,恢复快,并发症发生及对卵巢功能影响无增加,切口美观无痕,值得临床使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of single-port laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts.Methods 70 patients with endometriotic cysts who underwent ovarian cystectomy at the First People's Hospital of Yancheng from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups based on the surgical approach,with 35 cases in each group.The control group underwent multi-port laparoscopic surgery,while the study group underwent single-port laparoscopic surgery.Clinical indicators,pain,ovarian function,complications,and recurrence rates were analyzed in both groups.Results There was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The study group had a longer surgical time,shorter exhaust time,and shorter hospital stay compared with the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in occurrence of complications between the study group and the control group(2.85%vs.0.00%)(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the postoperative impact on ovarian function between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group(20.00%)was not statistically significant compared with the control group(25.71%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of single-port laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of ovarian endometriotic cysts has a significant therapeutic effect.Although the surgical time is slightly longer,the patients'postoperative pain is mild,recovery is fast,complications and ovarian function impairment are not increased,and the incision is beautiful and seamless,making it worthy of clinical use.
