Symfony与ZMB00人工晶体植入术后的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的 对比分析两组年龄相关性白内障患者分别植入Tecnis Symfony人工晶体(IOL)与Tecnis ZMB00 多焦点IOL术后的临床疗效.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月—2023 年 6 月在盐城市第一人民医院眼科行白内障超声乳化吸除联合IOL植入的年龄相关性白内障患者 63 例(75 眼)纳入此研究.本研究分为两组,Symfony组即植入Tecnis Symfony IOL39 例(45 眼),ZMB 00 组即植入Tecnis ZMB00 IOL24 例(30眼).比较两组患者术后 3 个月的远、中、近裸眼视力,离焦曲线,术后生活质量及脱镜率的差异.结果 术后 3 个月,两组患者均具有清晰的远视力(5 m),差异无统计学意义.Symfony组中距离(60 cm)视力更有优势,而ZMB 00 组近距离(33 cm)视力更佳,两组之间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001).离焦曲线提示:术后 3 个月,Symfony组在+0 D～-2.0 D范围内离焦曲线呈连续平稳趋势,LogMar视力优于 0.1,中距离视力优于ZMB 00 组;ZMB00 组呈现双峰状的离焦曲线,峰值在 0 D、-3.0 D,-3.0 D～-4.0 D区间内的视力优于Symfony组.问卷分析提示:脱镜率Symfony组 92%;ZMB00 组 96%.结论 年龄相关性白内障患者植入Tecnis Symfony IOL和Tecnis ZMB00 IOL术后均具有良好的视觉质量.Tecnis Symfony IOL的优势体现在可提供大范围平稳清晰的连续视力,而Tecnis ZMB00 IOL体现在更为优越的近视力.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the differences in visual acuity and visual quality after implantation of Tecnis Symfony IOL and Tecnis ZMB00 IOL in patients with age-related cataract.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,a total of 63 patients(75 eyes)with age-related cataract who underwent phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation in our hospital were enrolled in this study.Among these patients,39 cases(45 eyes)underwent the implantation of Tecnis Symfony IOL,while 24 cases(30 eyes)underwent the implantation of Tecnis ZMB00 IOL.The clinical indexes such as uncorrected distant visual acuity,intermediate visual acuity,near visual acuity(UCDVA,UCIVA,UCNVA)and defocus curve were observed at 3 months after operation.The quality of life and the rate of off-glass were evaluated by questionnaire analysis.Results At 3 months after operation,no statistical differences were observed in UCDVA(5 m)between two groups.The UCIVA of Symfony group was better than that of the ZMB00 group,and the UCNVA of ZMB00 group was better than that of Symfony group(P<0.001).At 3 months after operation,the defocus curve of Symfony group showed a continuous and stable trend in the range of+0 D～-2.0 D,with better UCIVA than ZMB00 group.The defocus curve in ZMB00 group showed a bimodal pattern,with peaks in the 0 D and-3.0 D,with better UCNVA than Symfony group.Questionnaire analysis showed that the rate of off-glass in the Symfony group and ZMB00 group was 92%and 96%,respectively.Conclusion Both Tecnis Symfony IOL and Tecnis ZMB00 IOL provide good visual quality for patients with age-related cataract.Tecnis Symfony IOL can provide extended range of vision,and Tecnis ZMB00 IOL can provide better UCNVA.
