摘要

目的 初步探讨利用自制阴式器械联合腹腔镜行单切口外阴癌腹股沟淋巴结清扫术(SISL)的可行性和临床优势.方法 回顾性分析江西省妇幼保健院2021年3月—2023年10月期间接受SISL术的20例外阴癌患者的临床资料,观察术中及围术期相关指标.结果 平均每侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫时间为(56.4±8.1)min,平均每侧淋巴结个数(10.7±1.7)个,平均术中出血量(47.9±6.7)mL,术后伤口愈合率95%.结论 在外阴癌中,利用我们自制的阴式器械联合腹腔镜行单切口腹股沟淋巴结清扫是一种更加便捷、安全、微创的方式.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical advantages of single-incision inguinal lymph node dissection(SISL)for vulval cancer using self-made vaginal instruments combined with laparoscopy.Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with vulvar cancer who received SISL from March 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and the relevant indexes during and around operation were observed.Results The average dissection time of each side of the inguinal lymph node was(56.4±8.1)min,the average number of lymph nodes on each side was(9±1.3),the average amount of intraoperative blood loss was(47.9±6.7)mL,the postoperative wound healing rate was 95%.Conclusion Single-incision inguinal lymph node dissection using our self-made vaginal instrument combined with laparoscopy is a convenient,safe and minimally invasive method for vulvar cancer.
