阶段目标教学联合情景模拟教学法在手术室护理带教中的应用分析

摘要
目的 分析阶段目标教学联合情景模拟教学法在手术室护理带教中的应用效果.方法 选择2022 年 6 月—2023 年 5 月在广州医科大学附属番禺中心医院手术室实习的 90 例护理实习生,以时间分组法分为研究组(2023 年 1 月—2023 年 5 月)和对照组(2022 年 6 月—2022 年 12 月),每组各 45 例.对照组提供传统带教法及情景模拟教学法,研究组在对照组基础上增加阶段目标教学法.对比两组的出科成绩、核心能力、急救能力、职业认同感评分及带教满意度情况.结果 研究组带教后的理论和实践成绩均明显高于对照组,核心能力、急救能力和职业认同感评分明显高于对照组,带教满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),差异均有统计学意义.结论 阶段目标教学联合情景模拟教学法,可提高手术室护理带教质量,提升护理实习生的临床工作能力,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of stage target teaching combined with situational simulation teaching method in operating room nursing teaching.Methods 90 nursing interns who came to Panyu District Central Hospital of Guangzhou from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into study group(January to May 2023)and control group(June to December 2022)by time grouping method,45 cases each.The control group provided situational simulation teaching method and traditional teaching method,and the study group added stage target teaching method.The core ability,first aid ability and professional identity scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the study group after teaching were significantly higher than those of the control group;the score of core ability,the scores of first-aid ability and professional identity,and the satisfaction of teaching were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of stage target teaching and scene simulation teaching method can improve the quality of nursing teaching in operating room and enhance the clinical work ability of nursing interns,and it is worth applying.
