摘要
近年来,随着腹腔镜胰腺手术方法的不断更新,外科医生对手术方法的认识也随之提升.相较于传统的胰十二指肠切除术,腹腔镜下胰腺钩突肿瘤切除术对治疗胰腺良性疾病有着突出的优势,如手术损伤小、手术时间及术后恢复时间短,尽可能保留脏器更多功能等.
Abstract
In recent years,with the optimizing of laparoscopic pancreatic surgery methods,surgeons'understanding of surgical methods has also improved.Compared with classical pancreaticoduodenectomy,laparoscopic uncinate tumor resection has obvious advantages in the treatment of benign diseases of the pancreas,such as less surgical injury,less operation and postoperative recovery time,and more reserve of organ functions.
