基于可视化医学的手术室护士培训方案在神经外科手术配合中的应用研究

摘要
目的 探讨基于可视化医学的手术室护士能力培训提升方案在手术室神经外科专科手术配合培训中的应用效果.方法 本研究采用随机对照试验设计,选取常州市第二人民医院的 60 名手术室护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各 30 人.对照组接受传统的一对一护理培训;实验组接受基于可视化医学的培训方案.结果 实验组手术室护士在协作效率得分(8.62±0.91)分、护理操作错误率(2.42±1.52)%,手术医生对手术室护士满意度评分(89.63±2.57)分、(91.13±2.21)分均显著优于对照组[分别为(7.23±1.12)分、(6.81±2.33)%、(86.47±2.65)分、(84.90±3.09)分],同时实验组手术室护士在培训后的理论考核及操作考核成绩均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于可视化医学的培训方案能显著提高手术室护士在神经外科专科的手术室内协作效率,降低护理操作错误率,提升手术配合效果,提高手术医生的满意度.因此,该培训方案值得在手术室神经外科专科手术培训中推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of the training and improvement scheme of operating room nurses'ability based on visual medicine in the operation cooperation training of neurosurgery specialty in the operating room.Methods A randomized controlled trial design was used in this study,and 60 operating room nurses from the Second People's Hospital of Changzhou were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group by the random number table method,with 30 persons in each group.The control group received traditional one-to-one nursing training.The experimental group received a training program based on visual medicine.Results The score of cooperation efficiency(8.62±0.91),error rate of nursing operation(2.42±1.52)%and satisfaction score of operating surgeons for operating room nurses(89.63±2.57)and(91.13±2.21)in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group[(7.23±1.12),(6.81±2.33)%,(86.47±2.65),(84.90±3.09),respectively].Meanwhile,the theoretical and operational assessment scores of the operating room nurses in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group after training,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training program based on visual medicine can significantly improve the efficiency of operating room cooperation of nurses in neurosurgery specialties,reduce the error rate of nursing operations,improve the effect of surgical cooperation,and improve the satisfaction of surgeons.Therefore,this training program is worthy of promotion and application in neurosurgery training in the operating room.
