摘要
目的 探讨聚焦解决模式对于髋关节置换术后恐动症患者的影响的应用研究.方法 选取2023 年 1 月—2023 年 12 月在南京医科大学附属逸夫医院骨科的 80 例髋关节置换术后发生恐动症的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分两组,分为实验组(聚焦解决模式组 40 人)和对照组(日常照护模式组 40 人)进行对照研究,通过比较分析两组患者的能动性,负性情绪,功能锻炼依从性等方面实施效果评价.结果 实验组在干预后患者恐动症评分表(TSK)评分,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,Harris髋关节功能评分,疼痛评分均低于干预前(P<0.05).而对照组患者恐动症评分表(TSK)评分,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,Harris髋关节功能评分,疼痛评分在干预前后无明显变化(P>0.05).结论 使用聚焦解决模式的护理方法,成功降低了髋关节置换术后患者的恐动水平,并有效缓解了患者的疼痛与焦虑情绪,显著提升了患者康复锻炼的积极性与依从性,从而提高了髋关节功能.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of focused resolution mode on patients with kinesophobia after hip replacement.Methods From January 2023 to December 2023,80 patients with motophoresis after hip arthroplasty in the Department of Orthopedics,Sir Run Run Hospital,Nanjing Medical University were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,which were divided into experimental group(40 patients in focused solution mode group)and control group(40 patients in daily care mode group).The effect was evaluated by comparing and analyzing the activeness,negative emotion and functional exercise compliance of the two groups of patients.Results In the experimental group,TSK score,SAS score,Harris hip function score and pain score were all lower than before intervention(P<0.05).In the control group,there were no significant changes in TSK score,SAS score,Harris hip function score and pain score before and after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of focused solution nursing method successfully reduced the level of fear of patients after hip replacement,effectively alleviated the pain and anxiety of patients,significantly improved the enthusiasm and compliance of patients with rehabilitation exercise,and thus improved the hip function.
