摘要
目的 分析无缝隙康复护理模式对脑血管介入治疗后肢体障碍患者康复促进效果.方法 选取广东省茂名农垦医院 2020 年 5 月—2023 年 5 月收治的 80 例脑血管介入治疗后肢体障碍患者,随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各 40 例.研究组提供无缝隙康复护理,对照组提供常规护理.对比两组护理后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和认知功能评分、肢体功能、日常活动能力和肌力改善效果情况.结果 研究组的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,认知功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的上肢功能和下肢功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的日常活动能力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的肌力改善有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 无缝隙康复护理模式可促进脑血管介入治疗后肢体障碍患者康复进度,提高患者认知、肢体活动及日常生活能力.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of seamless rehabilitation nursing mode on the rehabilitation of patients with limb disorders after cerebrovascular interventional therapy.Methods 80 patients with limb disorders after cerebrovascular interventional therapy were selected from Maoming Agricultural Reclamation Hospital of Guangdong Province from May 2020 to May 2023,and were divided into study group and control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was provided seamless rehabilitation nursing and the control group was provided routine nursing.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and cognitive function score,limb function,daily activity ability and muscle strength improvement were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results The NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the cognitive function score was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of upper limb function and lower limb function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily activity ability of study group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of muscle strength improvement in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless rehabilitation nursing mode can promote the rehabilitation progress of patients with limb disorders after cerebrovascular interventional therapy,and improve patients'cognition,limb activity and daily living ability.
