摘要
袖状胃切除联合双通路术(SG-TB)作为一种胃袖状切除联合手术(SG Plus),在全球范围内的应用日益广泛.SG-TB减重降糖效果显著,安全性高,且具有可逆性.因此,制定完善的手术标准化流程对于进一步推广SG-TB具有重要意义.
Abstract
Sleeve gastrectomy with transit bipartition(SG-TB),a variant of sleeve gastrectomy combined surgery(SG Plus),has gained increasing global attraction.SG-TB is noted for its significant weight loss and glycemic control benefits,high safety profile,and reversibility.Therefore,establishing a standardized surgical procedure is crucial for further dissemination and optimization of SG-TB.
