摘要
近年来腔镜甲状腺手术在国内得到了广泛开展.相比传统的开放甲状腺手术,腔镜甲状腺手术具有颈部无瘢痕、切口隐蔽及美容效果好等优点.在颈部无瘢痕腔镜甲状腺手术(scarless in the neck endoscopic thyroidectomy,SET)中,胸前入路是公认的首选颈外途径的入路,全乳晕入路在胸前入路中美容效果最好.临床上,术者需综合考虑患者实际情况,坚持"治愈疾病第一,功能保护二,美容第三"的手术原则.
Abstract
Scarless(in the neck)endoscopic thyroidectomy(SET)has been widely used throughout the country nowadays.Compared with open thyroidectomy,SET is characterized with no scar in the neck and better cosmetic results.Endoscopic thyroidectomy via anterior thoracic approach is more popular in SET,and SET via total areola approach has the best cosmetic results.Clinically,it is very important for the surgeons to select appropriate SET approaches for different patients.Above all,every surgeon should keep in mind that disease treatment is the most important thing,and function protection is more important than cosmetic results.
