摘要
目的 研究利用中国数字化人体数据集在构建标准女性上腹部解剖结构三维可视化模型中的应用途径及价值.方法 选择无器质性病变的中国数字化人体(CVH)女性腹腔段的数据集,实施上腹部解剖结构的精准识别、分割并据此构建三维可视化模型.结果 构建出女性上腹器官、肝内管道系统及上腹部脉管系统、胰脏及其毗邻关系等,利用软件构建全方位解析的三维立体可视化3 D模型,深入探索上腹部各解剖结构间的空间关联.结论 由 CVH建立生成的女性上腹部解剖结构三维可视化模型精确真实,是研究上腹部解剖的好方法,为卵巢癌减灭术的上腹部手术提供了模拟、指导和解剖教学的实用性资料,并优化整体治疗流程.
Abstract
Objective To study the method and significance of the three-dimensional(3D)visualisaton of normal female upper abdominal anatomical structure by using Chinese Visible Human(CVH)data set.Methods The abdominal segment CVH of women without organic lesions was selected to identify,segment and create the visualized model of the anatomical structure of the upper abdomen.Results The female epigastric organs,intrahepatic duct system,epigastric vascular system,pancreas and its adjacent relationship were constructed,and the 3 D visualized models were created based on software.The anatomical relationship between each structure was observed in all directions.Conclusion The 3 D visualisaton model of female upper abdominal anatomical structure based on CVH data set is accurate and distortionless.It is a good way to study upper abdominal anatomical structure,can provide practical data for the simulation,guidance and anatomy teaching of upper abdominal surgery during ovarian cancer reduction surgery and can optimize the overall therapy procedure.
