摘要
胸锁钩钢板内固定术是治疗锁骨近端骨折及胸锁关节脱位的手术方式.该术式在恢复胸锁关节解剖结构及功能方面表现出令人满意的结果.本文从胸锁钩钢板内固定术的适应证、禁忌证、手术操作步骤、术式评价等四个方面来介绍该术式,旨在规范手术操作步骤,降低手术并发症发生率,确保高效手术质量和治疗效果.
Abstract
Costo-clavicular hook plate internal fixation is a surgical method for treating proximal clavicle fractures and sternoclavicular joint dislocations.This procedure has shown satisfactory results in restoring the anatomical structure and function of the sternoclavicular joint.This article introduces the procedure from four aspects:indications,contraindications,surgical steps,and evaluations of the procedure,aiming to standardize the surgical steps,reduce the incidence of surgical complications,and ensure efficient surgical quality and therapeutic effects.
