精神生活共同富裕是社会主义共同富裕的重要内容,也是中国特色社会主义的本质要求和中国式现代化的重要特征.当前,以"数字化+智能化"为特征的数智技术正成为推动精神生活共同富裕的重要力量.通过革新生产方式、精准配置资源、畅通传播渠道、创新体验形式,数智技术全方位渗透到文化产品的生产、分配、交往和消费等关键环节.在推动精神生活共同富裕的同时,数智技术也潜藏着商业利益驱动引发价值偏离、数字素养差异加剧数字鸿沟、算法推荐服务造成信息茧房、数字技术依赖削弱生活质感等诸多风险.有效防范这些风险,需要从坚持价值引领、提升数字素养、优化算法推荐、摆脱技术依赖等方面寻求突破.
Abstract
The attainment of common prosperity in spiritual life is a crucial aspect of socialist common prosperity,embodying the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics and serving as a significant feature of Chinese-style modernization.Currently,digital-intelligence technology,characterized by"digitization plus intelligence,"is emerging as a pivotal force driving the common prosperity in spiritual life.By revolutionizing production methods,precisely allocating resources,enhancing communication channels,and innovating experience formats,digital-intelligence technology comprehensively penetrates the key links of cultural product production,distribution,interaction and consumption.While promoting common prosperity in spiritual life,digital-intelligence technology also harbors various risks,including value deviation driven by commercial interests,widening digital divides due to disparities in digital literacy,information cocoons resulting from algorithmic recommendation services,and a diminished quality of life from overreliance on digital technology.Effective mitigation of these risks requires breakthroughs in adhering to value guidance,enhancing digital literacy,optimizing algorithmic recommendations,and overcoming technological dependence.
