幼小衔接是幼儿教育向小学阶段教育过渡的重要阶段.这一阶段能否适应,在一定程度上决定着孩子今后对学校生活的态度和情感,并影响将来的学业成绩和社会成就.帮助儿童入学适应是小学一年级教育的重要任务,学校基于学生和家长的需求,以及孩童成长规律,在一年级中实施科学的幼小衔接工程.幼小衔接工程以时间节点为界划分为准备期、过渡期、融入期和巩固期四个阶段,包括理念引领、启航课程、学科课程、家校沟通、评估与评价、特殊关照等环节,注重发挥学校、家庭、社区的合力作用,让孩子们在和谐的环境中自在成长,对其一生的健康发展都有重要的影响.
Believe In the Power of Growth---Practice and Exploration of the Transition From Early Childhood Education to Primary Education Under the Concept of"Nourish and Enlighten"
Preschool-primary school transition is an important stage in the transition from preschool education to primary school education.Whether the child can adapt to this stage to some extent determines the child's attitude and emotions towards school life in the future and affects his/her future academic achievements and social achievements.Helping children adapt to school life is an important task of Grade 1 education.The school implements a scientific preschool-primary school transition program based on the needs of students and parents,as well as the growth of children.The preschool-primary school transition program is divided into four stages according to the time node,namely,orientation stage,adjustment stage,integration stage,and consolidation stage,including concept locking,orientation course,subject course,home-school communication,evaluation and evaluation,and special care and attention.It emphasizes the synergistic role of schools,families,and communities,allowing children to grow freely in a harmonious environment,which has important implications for their lifelong healthy development.
