Abstract
Wang Yangming's philosophy of practical education is based on and incorporates the moral view of human nature in Confucianism,the view of natural development in Buddhism and Laozi,and the view of social practice in Guanzhong and Mozi.The content characteristics mainly include a view of education that respects natural disposition and teaches according to individual needs,a learning perspective that values dedication to diligent study and specialized research,a progressive outlook that integrates knowledge with action and emphasizes practical experience,and the perspective of equal treatment across professions and the selection of individuals based on both virtue and competence.WangYangming's philosophy of practical education is of great significance in enriching the philosophy of vocational education,expanding the thinking of vocational education,improving the effectiveness of vocational education,strengthening the confidence of vocational education,and accumulating the cultural heritage of vocational education.
