The response to major public health emergencies should not only prevent and control the epidemic,but also stabilize people's emotions and prevent secondary disasters caused by Internet emotional polarization.Event attribute,propagation attribute and government response are the three important factors that affect the polarization of Internet emotions.30 cases from Zhiwei Data were analyzed by csQCA to explore the occurrence conditions and combination of internet emotional polarization.It is found that"informal communication channels"and"tendency of media reports"are necessary conditions leading to internet emotional polarization,"participation of opinion leaders"is sufficient condition for internet emotional polarization,and"quality of government response"is the key to internet emotional polarization.There are three kinds of polarization logic and patterns in the evolution of internet emotion:"pointing to public power thinkingofconcealment","pointing to public-media dominance"and"pointing to public-ineffective response".In the context of public health emergencies,the attributes of network events play a fundamental role,and their communication attributes play a greater role than the former.The combination of the government's response mode and the communication attributes of the events affects the response effect,and thus affects the evolution direction of internet emotion.
