The Analysis of the Relationship between the Resource Advantages and Foreign Trade Development in the Rethnic Minority Region of China: An Example of Xinjiang
Xinjiang is the important channel of China in connecting Central Asia, West Asia, South Asia and Westnorth Europe, which has a unique geographical advantage in developing foreign trade. This unique geographical advantages of Xinjiang lies a congenital condition to participate in the neighboring countries of the regional economic cooperation has. Xinjiang and neighboring countries, especially the countries in Central Asia in economy and trade has certain advantages and great complementarity, both in favor of regional economic cooperation. Can foreknow, Xinjiang and Central Asia regional economic cooperation prospect is very good. However, the development of foreign trade in Xinjiang has many structural problems, such as the import and export commodity structure is not reasonable, independent product rate is low and so on. In the new historical period, the State Council's 32 documents presents for Central Asia to expand open to the outside world and actively implement the Xinjiang advantage resource to change the strategy, for Xinjiang foreign trade sustained development, achieve new breakthrough to offer rare historical opportunity. This paper mainly based on the empirical analysis of Xinjiang's foreign trade development, gets the conclusion that the key of Xinjiang foreign trade sustainable development is how to display the advantage of Xinjiang resources, and sets up characteristic industry group to solve Xinjiang economy structural problems, and then makes Xinjiang foreign trade get sustainable development.
