The Development Pattern and Evaluation of Ecological Residence Based on Gray Clustering Method: Take Yunnan YX Real Estate Project as an Example
Effective evaluation of the overall performance of ecological residence needs consider eco-technological level,economic performance and the level of operational management.Gray clustering evaluation method based on the center point of the triangle whitening weight function can make the evaluation results reflect real comprehensive level of ecological residence as far as possible.We build a set of strong operability evaluation index system,and the use of index system to evaluate the YX community and the conclusion has a strong role in guiding the ecological residence development.
