Dong Traditional Culture and Ecological Environment Protection: Taking the Dong Area of Southeast Guizhou Province as an Example
The Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture of the southeast of Guizhou Province is one of the China's largest Dong areas.Local Dong residents have accumulated rich and colorful material culture and spiritual culture in the process of longterm development.The ecological wisdom in this traditional cultures ensured the steady continuation of the local ecological environment and forest resources.Based on the overall concept of culture,from the concept level,technical level and organization level,this paper explored the role of Dong traditional knowledge,traditional technology and social organization mechanism in ecological environment protection.And then it analyzed the impact on the local ecological environment due to the evolvement of Dong traditional culture.Finally we pointed out that respecting and protection of Dong traditional culture will be beneficial to the protection of the ecological environment in the Dong area of Southeast Guizhou Province.
