The Study on Targeted Policy System of Chinese Ecological Civilization Construction
Ecological civilization construction policy is an important guarantee on guiding the Chinese ecological civilization construction.In recent years,from the central to the local government,all have introduced a series of targeted ecological civilization policy,these policies gradually form a system,and play a tremendous important role on promoting the ecological civilization construction of China.But at the same time,due to the ecological civilization construction work is different from previous ecological environment protection,and has just started,therefore,there have been many problems on the process of targeted policy construction.such as ecological civilization construction separates with material civilization,spiritual civilization,political civilization,it cares for this but lose that;ecological civilization construction is similar with environmental protection,ecological protection,management chaos;national ecological demonstration zone construction work is repeated,and ignores the continuity of related work.This paper puts forward some targeted suggestions,based on systematic analysis on the characteristics and problems of Chinese ecological civilization construction policy system.
