Study on the Eco-Compensation Policies for the Green Transformation Development of Agriculture in China
How to realize the green transformation development of agriculture is an important topic under the new normal state of economic development in China.The transformation of agricultural production style and the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure are the contents of the green transformation development of agriculture.Besides,to establish and improve the eco-compensation policy system is the important guarantee for the transformation development of agriculture.This paper discusses the necessity of establishing and improving the eco-compensation policy of agriculture from the following aspects:the problems that the agricultural production are facing,the sustainable increasing of farmers' income,agricultural non-point pollution and the carrying out of the green development idea and then the paper puts forward the suggestions for eco-compensation policy of the green transformation development of agriculture from 5 aspects.
