基于LCA和DEA法相结合的干旱区绿洲农业生态经济效率研究——以张掖市制种玉米为例

绿洲农业是我国西北干旱区农业的精华,面临关键生产要素稀缺和生态环境脆弱的双重限制,低投入高产出的高生产效率无疑是破解双重限制的重要途径,因此十分有必要评估其生态经济效率,辨析其影响因素.在张掖市统计局投入产出调查基础上增补专项调查,以制种玉米种植农户为研究对象,先利用生命周期评价方法,对制种玉米生产边界内的相关环境影响量化分析,并将干旱区主要的农业生产约束性要素——水资源纳入其中,得出张掖市制种玉米环境影响归一化结果加权评估后的均值为1.28E-07;再将该值作为非期望产出纳入第二步的SBM超效率模型效率评价体系中,测算得出生态经济效率均值为0.871 2;最后,分别采用OLS和Tobit两种方法对效率影响因素进行分析,并针对生态效率影响因素提出相关建议.
Study on Ecological Economy Efficiency of Oasis Agriculture in Arid Region Based on LCA and DEA Method: Taking Seed Maize Production in Zhangye City as an Example
Oasis agriculture is the essence of arid agriculture in northwest China,facing the limitation of fragile key factors and fragile ecological environment.The high production efficiency of low input and high output is undoubtedly an important way to break the double restrictions.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the ecological economy efficiency,analysis of influencing factors.Based on the input and output survey of Zhangye Municipal Bureau of Statistics,this paper will supplement the special investigation to prepare the seed maize farmers as the research object.Firstly,the life cycle assessment method is used to quantitatively analyze the relevant environmental impacts in the seed maize production boundary.The main agricultural production constraint elements that water resources into which the yield of seed maize in Zhangye City,the results of the normalization of the results of the weighted average of 1.28E-07,then the value as the expected output into the second step of the efficiency evaluation system of SBM super-efficiency model,the average eco-efficiency is 0.871 2.Finally,OLS and Tobit were used to analyze the influencing factors,and some suggestions were put forward for the factors affecting the ecological efficiency.
