Research Progress and Prospect of Cultivated Land Ecological Compensation Standard
Although the government has increased investment to control the problem of cultivated land,the scale and quality of cultivated land have not been greatly improved,and the pollution level is still serious.As an important means to promote the coordinated development of economic growth and environmental protection,ecological compensation has been widely concerned by academia and society.Compensation standard accounting is the core content of constructing cultivated land protection compensation mechanism,and its research status has made progress but still needs breakthrough.In this paper,the theoretical basis,measurement method and compensation limit of cultivated land ecological compensation standard were discussed in detail by using historical measurement and hierarchical division method,so as to identify the connotation of cultivated land value under different theoretical backgrounds,evaluate the applicability of value accounting methods under heterogeneous conditions,and compare the differences of compensation limit under different research scales.On this basis,the research trend of cultivated land ecological compensation is forecasted,which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of ecological compensation accounting standard in practice.
