美丽中国建设的制度体系研究

摘要
制度体系是美丽中国建设的根本保障.改革开放四十多年以来,我国基本建立了一套行之有效的生态文明制度体系,但与全面推进美丽中国建设的要求相比还存在较大差距.论文分析了美丽中国建设的制度基础和面临的关键挑战,明确了促进美丽中国建设的制度体系思路,提出了健全生态环境空间管控、责任体系、市场体系等十大重点任务,为全面推进美丽中国建设提供坚实支撑.
Abstract
Institutional system is an important part in establishment of a beautiful China in the current and future decades.Now,China's ecological civilization system has achieved significant results,but there is still a significant gap between it and the requirements of establishment of a beautiful China.The paper systematically analyzes the institutional foundation and challenges faced by the establishment of a beautiful China,put forwards the institutional system ideas for comprehensively promoting establishment of a beautiful China,and also proposes ten key tasks,including ecological environment spatial management system,responsibility system,market system,to provide solid support for the comprehensive promotion of establishment of a beautiful China.
