摘要
论文探讨了人与自然和谐共生美丽城市的时代内涵,即美丽城市是坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,兼具客观性与主观性,呈现绿色低碳、环境优美、生态宜居、安全健康、智慧高效等时代特征的,并从景观生态学及"存在的三元辩证",构建了"时间—空间—关系"的三维分析框架,阐述了美丽城市建设的"全领域转型""全方位提升""全地域建设"以及"全社会行动"四大关键任务,最后提出了美丽城市建设的政策建议.
Abstract
This paper discusses the contemporary connotation of the beautiful city in which people and nature coexist harmoniously.The concept of beautiful city adheres to the people-centered development ideology while objectivity and subjectivity presenting the characteristics of green and low-carbon,beautiful environment,ecological livability,safety and health,wisdom and efficiency,etc.This paper combines the theories of wholeness,correlation and dynamics in landscape ecology system to construct a three-dimensional analysis framework of"time-space-relationship".It elaborates the four key issues in the construction of beautiful city,which are"all-area transformation","all-round improvement","all-area construction"and"all-society action".The paper concludes with policy recommendations for the construction of beautiful cities.
