河口海岸的"颜值"评价:环境亲民指标研究

当前是美丽中国建设的关键时期。美丽中国要坚持以人民为中心,如何突出人民至上、让工作成效体现在人民群众直观感受上,将人民群众直观感受纳入相关考核与评价指标,是美丽中国建设的新任务和新挑战。论文从设计制定水环境的"亲民指标"入手,以亲水空间具备的感性工学特征为基础,采用感性工学方法设计亲民指标,能够直观地体现水环境的用户满意度,有助于确定水环境治理和亲水空间的社会资源价值,进一步丰富和改善水环境的社会功能。同时,感性工学方法也能够应用在环保设施公众开放等公众参与并获取情感体验的设施和项目中,有助于全面把握公众体验、提高公众满意度,形成公众与生态环境部门积极互动的良性循环,共同促进生态环境治理体系建设。
Research and Application of Estuary and Coast Amenity Indicators Based on Affective Engineering
At the key period of building a beautiful China,it is important to adhere to the people-oriented approach.Highlighting the paramount importance of the people and ensuring that work results are reflected in the intuitive feelings of the people,as well as incorporating the intuitive feelings of the people into relevant assessment and evaluation indicators,are new tasks and challenges in the construction of a beautiful China.This study starts with designing and formulating"people-friendly indicators"for the water environment,based on the perceptual engineering characteristics of hydrophilic spaces.By adopting perceptual engineering methods to design people-friendly indicators,it can intuitively reflect the user satisfaction of the water environment,help determine the social resource value of water environment governance and hydrophilic spaces,and further enrich and improve the social functions of the water environment.At the same time,perceptual engineering methods can also be applied to facilities and projects such as the public opening of environmental protection facilities that involve public participation and obtaining emotional experiences,helping to comprehensively grasp the public's experience,improve public satisfaction,form a virtuous cycle of positive interaction between the public and environmental departments,and jointly promote the construction of an ecological environment governance system.
