Current status and future prospects of sludge land use based on CiteSpace visualization mapping analysis
Sludge land use is one of the most important ways in sludge disposal.Containing toxic and harmful substances,it has been seriously discussed by governments and researchers in the process of sludge land use.In order to understand the current research status, frontiers and future trends of sludge land use,we collected a total of 1961 published articles from Web of Science and CNKI databases(2010-2020),and then measured and visualized the volume of China's domestic and international publications, research forces and hotspots in this field using CiteSpace software. The results showed that:(1)Total number of published papers in sludge land use research did not change too much from 2010 to 2020.Research has been keeping attention in the field.(2)The world's most influential researches in this field came from the United States of America and China among countries, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences accounted for the highest number of published articles among institutes. However, there is relatively less cooperation cross authors and research teams.(3)The international research on the sludge land use tends to be diversified in the future, while current research topic in China is relatively sole, which only focusing on the heavy metal research.Based on the analysis of literature co-occurrence clustering and hotspot,we proposed several points about sludge land use should be given more attention in the future, such as collaborative research at multiple levels, study on harmless sludge land use technology, monitoring and evaluation the effects of sludge land use on terrestrial ecosystem, setting policies and technical specifications by multi-departments.
