为探究大理州云龙县不同温泉真菌群落结构差异及驱动机制,采用纯培养法,对大理州云龙县四个温泉中的真菌进行了分离纯化,通过 ITS 序列比对进行物种鉴定,比较四个温泉真菌群落结构的差异,同时采用广义线性模型和曼特尔检验,分析当代因素(环境因子)和历史因素(各温泉的地理距离)对温泉中真菌群落结构的影响.从大理州云龙县温泉中共检出真菌 22 属 34 种,不同温泉的真菌群落结构存在很大差异.当代因素及历史因素与真菌群落结构之间均没有明显的相关性,两者均不能解释这四个温泉真菌群落多样性差异形成机制,而温泉本身独立的历史起源可能是造成真菌群落差异性巨大的主要原因.
Structure and maintenance mechanisms of the fungal communities in four natural hot springs located in yunlong county,Yunnan,China
In order to explore the mechanisms constructing and maintaining the diversity of fungal communities,this study used pure culture methods to isolate and purify fungi collected in four hot springs located in Yunlong County,Dali Prefecture.The species were identified by ITS sequence alignment,and the differences of fungal community structure in the four hot springs were compared.At the same time,the effects of contemporary factors(environmental factors)and historical factors(geographical distance of each hot spring)on fungal community structure in the hot springs were analyzed by using the generalized linear model and Mantel test.A total of 34 species of fungi belonging to 22 genera were detected in the four assessed hot springs.We found significant differences between the fungal community structure of the four hot springs,but no obvious correlation between contemporary factors,historical factors,and the fungal community structure.Both contemporary and historical factors could not explain the construction and maintenance mechanisms of the fungal community diversity in these four hot springs.However,the independent historical origin of each hot springs might be the main reason for the great diversity of fungal communities.
