Ecological stoichiometric characteristics of soil carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus of different vegetation types in Keluke Lake-Tuosu Lake Wetland Nature Reserve in Qinghai Province
In order to study the ecological stoichiometric characteristics of different vegetation types in the Koluk Lake-Tuosu Lake Wetland Nature Reserve, four types of vegetation in the reserve:Nitraria tangutorum V1,Tamarix chinensis V2,Kalidium foliatum V3,and Phragmites communis V4 were used as the research objects.Soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus content and stoichiometric characteristics were studied. The results showed that the average soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus contents of the four different vegetation types were 17.41 g·kg-1,1.09 g·kg-1,and 1.40 g·kg-1,respectively.Soil SOC,TN,and TP were all affected. The SOC,TN,and TP of different vegetation types were in the order of reed land>salt claw land>Nitraria land>Tamarix land.SOC was significantly correlated with TN and TP content(P<0.05).The C/N(8.90-19.73)<25 of the sample plot in this study indicated that the organic matter in the study area decomposed quickly, which was beneficial to the improvement of the effectiveness of P.In the soil of different vegetation types in the Koluk Lake-Tuosu Lake, the soil water content and pH were the main environmental factors that affected the SOC,TN,and TP content and ecological stoichiometric characteristics.
