水蓼生物修复重金属污染研究进展

生物修复重金属污染技术具安全无二次污染、成本低、适用范围广等特点,可对水体、土壤进行有效修复,其推广与应用价值巨大.蓼科蓼属植物水蓼(Polygonum hydropiper L.)是锰超富集植物,对镉、锶、铅等重金属均具富集作用.文章综述近年来水蓼重金属富集能力、生理响应等研究,并提出未来该方向重点研究内容:(1)加大水蓼重金属胁迫筛选,掌握有效富集重金属种类.(2)深入水蓼分子解毒机制研究,为改良水蓼及其生物富集重金属应用提供思路.(3)挖掘水蓼遗传学调控特点,选育具期望的水蓼生物材料.(4)探索水蓼重金属回收技术,解决投入应用的后顾之忧.
Progress on bioremediation heavy metal pollution of Polygonum hydropiper L.
Bioremediation heavy metal pollution technology has the characteristics of safety,no secondary pollution,low cost,wide application scope,etc.It can repair water and soil effectively,and has great value in popularization and application.Polygonum hydropiper L.(Hereinafter referred to as ph)is belonging to Polygonaceae and Polygonum L.,which can accumulate heavy metals such as cadmium,strontium and lead to some degree.This paper reviews recently studies on heavy metal enrichment capacity and physiological response of it,and puts forward the key research contents in this direction:(1)Enlarging the heavy metal stress screening species of ph and mastering the effective enrichment heavy metal species;(2)Studying the molecular detoxification mechanism of ph to provide an idea for the improvement of ph and the application of biological enrichment of heavy metals;(3)Exploring the genetic regulation characteristics of ph,and selecting and breeding the biological material varieties with expectation;(4)Exploring the recycling technology of heavy metals in hydrogonum to solve the worries of application.
