Spatial-temporal evolution and coupling coordination of production, living, ecological space(PLES)in Urumqi
In order to promote the coordinated development of the"PLES"in ecologically fragile areas and improve the efficiency of land resource utilization,Urumqi,a typical oasis city in arid zone, was taken as an example.Based on the remote sensing monitoring data of land use in 1995,2005,2015 and 2018,the spatial analysis, land use transfer matrix and coupling coordination model were used to quantitatively calculate and analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of the"PLES"in Urumqi and their coupling coordination. The research results showed that:(1)the proportion of ecological space in Urumqi accounted for more than 80%,but the rapid expansion of living space in recent 24 years led to a significant reduction of ecological space area.On the process of the study, the structural change of PLES was the most obvious from 2005 to 2015.The large-scale ecological space was converted into living space, and its main source of transfer was ecological land.(2)The expansion of living space in Urumqi was accompanied by its increasing aggregation, with the Moran's I increasing from 0.6665 in 1995 to 0.8143 in 2018.(3)The coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of Urumqi city were slowly improved during the study period and were 0.011 and 0.064 respectively in 2018,which were still at the stage of serious disorder, and the areas with the lowest coupling coordination degree were located in Urumqi County,Middong District and Dabancheng District.(4)Natural factors and socio-economic factors had combined effect on the transformation and evolution of PLES.The population, policy and economy were the primary driving forces to promote the temporal and spatial evolution and structural transformation of PLES.
