科尔沁区异色瓢虫色斑多型现象季节性发生研究

对 2018 和 2019 两年通辽市科尔沁区异色瓢虫(共计 3582 头)进行色斑多型现象的季节性发生研究,共发现105 类色斑变型,具体为黄底型变型 96 类,黑底型 9 类,其中当地新记录色斑变型 78 类.从季节分布看,夏季具色斑变型 49 类,秋季有 87 类,所有变型中以十九斑变型个体数量最多.黄底型高斑类型(16-19 斑)占比在夏秋两季均显著高于低斑(0-7 斑)和中斑类型(8-15 斑);同一类型中低斑、中斑类型在夏季占比明显较高,高斑类型则在秋季占比显著高于夏季.黄底型异色瓢虫鞘翅各斑点出现概率在秋季均高于夏季,但概率大小顺序在夏秋两季大体相同,均以斑点 3 出现概率最大,斑点 1/2 出现概率最小.
Seasonal occurrence of color variations of Harmonia axyridisas(Pallas)in Horqin district
Seasonal occurrence of color variations of Harmonia axyridis(3582 heads in total)were studied from the Horqin district,Tongliao City in 2018 and 2019.A total of 105 color variations were found,including 96 non-melanic variations and 9 melanic variations,among of them 78 new record color variations for this place.From the perspective of seasonal distribution,there were 49 color variations in summer and 87 in autumn.The types and individual number of 19-spot variation were the largest among all variations.The proportion of high spot type(16-19 spot)of non-melanic variations was significantly higher than that of low spot(0-7 spot)and medium spot(8-15 spot)in summer and autumn.The proportions of low and medium spot were significantly higher in summer,while the proportion of high spot type was significantly higher in autumn in the same type.The occurrence frequencies of each spot on elytra was higher in autumn than in summer,but the order of probability was roughly the same in summer and autumn,with the highest probability of spot 3 and the lowest probability of spot 1/2 in non-melanic variations.
